When you feel it’s the right moment, when you encounter someone who could really use a lift—you’ll hand them the medal and change their day (and maybe their life!).

3: Redeeming the Medal

Along with the medal, they’ll get a card explaining how to redeem it for a $1,000 no-questions-asked grant. That’s right! $1,000, no strings attached and hassle-free.
