Together, we will reflect on the past, connect in the present, and move forward with renewed strength and unity.On this 25th Observance, we seek to guide the Livingston County community as we moved from Heartbreak to Healing through stories, lessons, and enduring legacy of September 11, 2001.As our community gathers to honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the countless heroes who answered the call in the days and years that followed, these custom items provide a meaningful way to participate in and support this community-wide remembrance effort.

flag ceremony & Candlelight Walk

A solemn community flag ceremony honoring the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and recognizing the courage of first responders, military personnel, and all who served in the days and years that followed. The ceremony will include patriotic music, reflection, and remembrance, followed by a candlelight walk from the Howell Carnegie District Library Grounds to First Presbyterian Church as a visible expression of unity, healing, hope, and the enduring spirit of our community.
